Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest ukazanie ustroju Wielkiego Księstwa Litewskiego - systemu, w ostatecznym kształcie (od połowy XVI wieku) przewyższającego rozwiązania Korony - która nb. była wzorem, racjonalnego jak na epokę, w miarę zupełnego, nowoczesnego, w epoce Oświecenia wskazywanego Koronie jako wzór (w pewnej części zresztą zastosowany). Ukazanie źródeł tego ustroju, wzorców, twórców pochodzących zarówno z Wielkiego Księstwa Litewskiego, jak i Korony. Zajęcia pragną ukazać również praktykę, odbiegającą od Statutowych zasad, i tym samym skłonić do zastanowienia: w jakim stopniu struktura społeczna - i inne czynniki - może wpłynąć na funkcjonowanie dobrze zaprojektowanego ustroju. Zajęcia mają też wskazać problemy związane z recepcją wzorców prawno-ustrojowych epoki wczesnonowożytnej i wizje tej recepcji w dobie kształtowania nowoczesnych narodów europejskich.
