Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Student pozna funkcjonalne teorie elit oraz zrozumie ich ograniczoną przydatność dla wyjaśniania specyfiki kształtowania się sowieckiej nomenklatury oraz posowieckich elit władzy i pieniądza. Analizuje zakres reprodukcji i wymiany elit władzy w Rosji i w Europie Wschodniej bezpośrednio po rozpadzie ZSRR oraz czynniki wpływające na dynamikę zmian składu elit w toku ćwierćwiecza transformacji. Zapozna się z teorią przywództwa politycznego oraz prześledzi kariery wybranych liderów politycznych regionu, ich styl uprawiania polityki oraz wpływ na procesy rozwojowe państw regionu.
