Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, the student:
- demonstrates deepened knowledge on the research procedures of ultrasonic methods and resistance experiments (P2A_W03),
- applies advanced techniques and research tools in resistance experiments in a uniaxial stress field (P2A_U01),
- conducts ultrasonic experiments (P2A_U04),
- applies informatics techniques to determine static and dynamic elasticity constants (P2A_U05),
- interprets resistance parameters obtained from tests in a uniaxial and triaxial stress field (P2A_U06),
- understands the need to broaden knowledge and competence in geomechanical studies (P2A_K01).
Assessment criteria
