(1) Specifies the basic methods, techniques and tools used in spatial development. (K_W06). (2) Characterises the most important data sources used in the research in the spatial development. (K_W06) .
Abilities and skills
(1) Identifies the causes of the developmental processes and the transformations of spatial structures (K_U01). (2) Analyses the course of processes and phenomena in spatial development. (K_U01). (3) Explains the relations between the spatial, social, economical, environmental and political processes. (K_U01). (4) Analyses the functioning of cities and regions. (K_U03). (5) Independently formulates the proposals of research hypothesis in the field of spatial development. (K_U03). (6) Critically selects the data from the literature, databases and other sources. (K_U08). (7) Integrates data from the various sources. (K_U08). (8) Analyses and interprets the data from various sources. (K_U08). (9) Draws the conclusions on the basis of information obtained from the literature and the results of their own analysis. (K_U08).
