Snowboard on wheels 4023-P-SNOWL
During classes students will improve their health as well as mental and physical condition, enhance motor skills, learn the correct snowboard and longboard position and get the knowledge about the effect of physical exercise on the body. The classes contain basic elements of snowboard training such as:
- sprint exercises
- power exercises
- endurance exercises
- technical exercises - mastering the snowboard technique on longboards, being able to ride on pumptracks
Outdoor activities (in a case of unfavorable weather conditions, classes may be moved to the gym or changed to another date).

Learning outcomes
Student:
- has the general knowledge about the human body and its functioning
- can exercise safely
- can work in a team
- can safely ride on flat and aslope surface as well as on pumptrack
- improves snowboard and longboard technique
- knows the basic kinds of snowboard and longboard turns
- knows the correct technique of snowboard giant slalom
- knows the correct technique of pumping and riding through banks
