Lecture:
In the introduction to the subject project will be discussed on the basis of distribution of soft and hard projects, their creation and design of the budget spending
Seminar:
The exercises will be discussed preparing a project application to the soft under HC OP 2007-2013.
In particular, attention will be given to:
• Define the purpose and scope of the project,
• Stages of planning,
• The analysis of the problem,
• Implementation of the analysis,
• The construction budget,
• Preparation of the budget for the project a soft,
• Discussion of generator applications,
• Preparation of documentation controls.
After completing the course Student recognizes the basic economic concepts related to the functioning of the European market and is able to analyze the effectiveness of the regional policy.
