Learning outcomes
The overall aims of the course are:
1. to provide students with a working knowledge of European Union’s economic law
2. to develop students’ understanding of the methods adopted by the European Union to regulate internal market
3. to enable students to comment critically on the content of binding and non-binding documents covered by the scope of the course.
4. to enable students to distinguish between rules aplicable to undertakings and these applicable to states
5. to make students able to evaluate rules direcly influencing legal position of individuals (direct effect)
