Basics of office software 4003-111pob
Classes are focused on improving ability to use basic office software suite, which includes text editor, spreadsheets and software to create multimedia presentations. Students in class gain the knowledge of the best practices of using office software and make it practical. During homework students prepare multimedia presentations on topics related to the broader information technology (including computer and communication systems). Homework take about 30% of the time that the student work on whole subject. Classes in computer lab are implemented according to the plan published in the USOS maintaining the division into groups.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student:
- Supports text processing, spreadsheets and a presentation program for multimedia in a conscious way, at intermediate level
- Is able to evaluate the effectiveness of the technique task
- Collects, processes and deposited materials for a multimedia presentation in accordance with copyright law
- Lead discussions on topics related to the broader information technology, argue their views on the topic
Assessment criteria
Final evaluation of the student depends on the number of points awarded for the execution of tasks during the course and for the participation in the classes. The tasks performed are both exercises in the studio, and alone at home. The condition for obtaining credit is to obtain 2/3 of all points by the student. For the tasks at each course a student can get from 0 to 3 points). For every homework (3 works in the semester), the student can get from 0 to 5 points.
