Arabic language in the context of culture and social structures of Sudan 3600-KM-ALC-OG
The lecture presents the political, social, economic and geopolitical factors and colonial
settlements of the failure of democratic experiments in sub-Saharan Africa, especially in
Sudan and South Sudan. The history of military coups and popular revolutions, as well as
the attitude of political parties and their failure to establish democratic paths in these
countries, will be discussed.
