Seminar program of Master of Political Science and Social Prevention and Resocialization are two years. The goal of regular seminar meeting with promoter and with other students is to discuss research problems and to compose master's papers. The student may propose the topic of master's paper.

Prerequisites (description)

(in Polish) Wymagania formalne: Ukończenie studiów I-go stopnia, obronienie pracy licencjackiej. Zainteresowania szeroko definiowaną problematyką kultury i religii. Założenia ogólne: Student powinien posiadać elementarną wiedzę na temat problematyki, którą chce uczynić przedmiotem swoich pogłębionych studiów magisterskich, metodologii badań oraz analiz statystycznych. Powinien odznaczać się umiejętnością pracy z tekstem, czytaniem ze zrozumieniem, wyszukiwaniem potrzebnej literatury. Powinien posiadać umiejętność wykorzystania wiedzy metodologicznej do zastosowania w praktyce – powinien umieć skonstruować narzędzie badawcze i samodzielnie przeprowadzić badania. Umiejętność posługiwania się statystycznym programem SPSS jest także nieodzowna. Student powinien odznaczać się kompetencją poznawczą, być zainteresowanym podjętym zagadnieniem, mieć potrzebę zgłębiania wiedzy w tym zakresie. Powinien posiadać kompetencje organizacyjne dotyczące konstrukcji pracy, harmonogramu zadań oraz przeprowadzenia badań terenowych.

3.Attitudes of tolerance towards religious minorities and ethnic.

Assessment criteria

Included on the degree a student receives for the preparation and presentation of the theme, and on the basis of active participation in class.
