The scope of organizational activities includes:
To establish route of departure according to the number of days on which the trip is to take place, with particular emphasis on the rules and practice of traveling by train.
to determine a detailed program for each of the days of departure, including, inter alia information on hours of departure, when they move to different locations, information on anticipated stops, while sightseeing, leisure, places visited, entrance tickets, and others;
booking of transport and the organization of the formalities for signing a contract for the provision of transport services based on documents prepared by the supervisor
reservation of accommodation for an adequate number of persons (including custodians)
organize a meeting with representatives of the various places of sightseeing.
organizing meals for the whole group (group information when, where and what is planned meals)

SKILLS
Students can use the basic intakes theoretical research paradigms and concepts appropriate to the sort of discipline in the humanities in typical professional situations. Can communicate using a variety of communication channels and techniques from experts in the fields of science and scientific disciplines relevant to studiowanego field of study, in both Polish and foreign language.
SOCIAL COMPETENCE:
Correctly identifies and resolves dilemmas in the profession of librarians and information professionals. Is aware of the responsibility for the preservation of cultural heritage (with particular emphasis on output paper processing) region, country, Europe. Participate in cultural life, using different media and its various forms.
Assessment criteria
The presence and active participation in class, prepare a presentation related to the subject class. Participation in the work-related organizational activities. Fellow Members and assertive attitude to fellow tutors and presenters in the various centers.
