(in Polish) Ponieważ WZL adresowany jest do studentów I roku i odbywa się podczas ich I semestru, przeto jedynym wymogiem formalnym jest stała obecność (kontrolowana) na wykładzie. Założeniem jest orientacja studenta w bieżącym życiu literackim i aktualnej produkcji literackiej, w takim zakresie jaki powinien charakteryzować osobę kulturalną - czytanie prasy, przeglądanie nowości w księgarniach, a też pewna znajomość środowiska literatury współczesnej
