The course program covers the following topics:
1. Innovative approach in the company. Development and implementation of technologies (2 hours).
2. Innovation policy and the knowledge-based economy (2 hours).
3. Key competences of the enterprise. Knowledge management (2 hours).
4. Technologies of industry 4.0 (2 hours).
5. Innovations, innovative models and innovative strategy of the enterprise (2 hours).
6. Open innovations (2 hours).
7. Technology development against organizational environment (2 hours).
8. Business - science cooperation (2 hours).
9. Implementation of technologies (2 hours)
10. Managing the development and implementation of technologies: (a) analysis of the environment and selection of the target market, (b) creativity, (c) technology evaluation, (d) selection of the technology to be implemented (8 hours).
11. Planning and organization of new production processes: (a) Stage-Gate model, (b) Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) model (4 hours).
