Content of the lecture include:
1. Characteristics of project management - basic concepts (projects, project management, types of projects) and typologies of the evolution of project management, project life cycle,
2. Creating and running a project - the scope of a project management problem, and define the project initiation, the structure of the project plan (scope, participants, procedures, training, infrastructure, schedule, budget), the planning process and project resources, control and coordination of the preparation and launch of the project,
3. Organizational and institutional problems of project management - organizational structures and the implementation of projects, institutional forms of project management, implementation of projects by external institutions, collective management of projects,
4. Management team in the implementation of the project - the selection of the participants of the project team, the organization and structure of the project team, project team management styles, roles and responsibilities in the project team, motivating and evaluating employees of the project team, project team communication, project team problems and their solutions,
5. Project Risk Analysis - identification of project risks, project risks, the impact of risk on the project and its documentation, problem solving, project management risk,
