· Essence and kinds of resources’ and capital of organisation;
· Material resources of organisation;
· Financial capital of organisation;
· Immaterial resources of organisations;
· Human resources of organisation;
· Intellectual capital of organisation.
4. Management system of organisation (2 hours):
· Essence of organisation management;
· Essence of management at the level of organisation;
· Essence of management at the level of process;
· Essence of management at the level of position;
· Essence of changes management in organisation.
5. Social responsibility of organisation (2 hours):
· Range and kind of responsibilities of organisations;

Prerequisites (description)
Learning outcomes
· master the basic concepts, issues and approaches in the functioning of
the organisation and be able to apply them in practice;
· get the ability to determine the functions, processes and projects within
the organisation and the role of the manager in solving practical
problems arising in the functioning of the organisation;
· gain the ability to understand the functioning of the organisation's
changing environment;
· able to assess their own organisational situation in practice when it is
employed in a particular organisation and solve a arising problems in
the organisation.
Assessment criteria
Examination - to be held:
· in writing,
· descriptive answers in the form of four questions, 15 minutes for each,
· for each question, it is possible to get 5 points on a scale of 0 to 5, with
a:
- 9 points - mark 3 (satisfactory),
- 10-11 points - mark 3.5 rating (satisfactory plus),
- 12 points – mark 4 (good),
- 13-14 points - mark 4.5 rating (good plus),
- 15 points - mark 5 (very good).
· there is a possibility of an oral examination, if such a demand from
students, including:
· questions presented in syllabus (discussed in classes and included in
the literature),
· students the need to demonstrate knowledge these questions and their
ability to apply in practice, a concrete example.
To be admitted to the examination, obtain credit classes.
Students who have not passed the course, you can get credit in the
amendment session.
