Understanding of basic legal institutions in the economy, competence of identification of basic legal institutions in the economy, ability to refer to legal sources
Assessment criteria
One or two written tests – depending on the lecturer decision – in electronic form, on the eNauka WZUW e-learning platform, in the presence in the indicated room of the Faculty of Management (also possible “paper” test in the classroom).
Closed questions – single and multiple choice. Test / tests to generate at least 80% of the class grade. In addition, continuous assessment (current preparation for classes and class activity) – maximum 20% of the class total grade. During classes possible control of students presence (two absences allowed – in the case of a higher number of absences, the lecturer may introduce additional requirements for passing the class).
