Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Skills:
Students is able to design the overall project of training or psychoeducational group including aims and goals, methods of recognition and analysis of Leeds, method choices, methods of evaluation and proposition of after-training methods.
Student is able to develop the programme that
a. satisfy overall and detailed training goals
b. presents educational and group goals which are fit to flow of educational and group processes
c. include exercises in the order which fits educational and group goals
d. with techniques which fit to educational and group goals on the level of goal introduction, instruction, discussion and role of the trainer
e. for 16 hours of training.
Knowledge:
Students knows and understands:
- knows basic rules of contemporary approach to trainings
- knows the training cycle,
- knows chosen methods of recognition and analysis of needs,
- knows rules of developing overall and detailed goals,
- understands the rules of techniques choices to group and educational stages,
- knows chosen formative and summative evaluation methods
- ethical issues of using materials.
Competences:
