COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL TIME MANAGEMENT COURSE 2400-ZEWW733-OG
The aim of the course is to know and practise:
• methods of organisation own actions
• management of operations to do
• ways of collecting information
• an effective attitude to analyse data
• techniqes of work organisation
• elements of results evaluation
• tools enabling operation
• focusing on realisation
• techniques of concentration
• basis of management
• possibilities of control over tasks
• perspectives of change: zoom in – zoom out
• strategies of progressing from targets to action
• systems of counteracting postponing
• methods of motivating and reducing stress
• solving various problems in time
The rated total number of hours a student is required to spend in order to achieve the expected learning outcomes defined for the course: 30 + 15

During and upon the course completion a student will:
