The legal and organizational framework of education 2300-OPPO

The course consists of lectures and classes. The lectures concern the general reflection on situation of current education and the analysis of education system in Poland. The stress is put on present state of educational system and its perspective in the light of currently binding legal instruments. The reform of educational system after 1998 is presented.
The classes concern the analysis of the most important legal Acts and executive acts including the problems of:
- Education system with special stress put on legal framework of democratization of educational institutions and place and functions of public and independent schools
- the legal status of teachers, their rights and responsibilities and rules of their liability
- the child status in the family, in educational institutions, the application of children rights in Poland
