The subject of lectures comprises the following issues: early childhood as a unique age; early education as an autonomous value; psychological grounds for working with children; pedagogical foundations of educating (subjectivity); current trends in ECE; educational models in nurseries (in Poland and the world); a tutor and adult-child relations; education quality; various methodological approaches to educational research.
Entrance requirements: a completed course in psychology of man's development
