Logic 2300-OLOG
Aims: to practice logical correctness of utterances, reasonings and definitions.
Content: Logical errors in utterances. Deceptive and non-deceptive reasonings. Rational and non-rational reasonings. Classification of names. The content and the extent of names. Vague names. The calculus of names. Propositional calculus. Key laws of logic. Denying composed sentences. Deductive reasonings and contradictory sets of sentences. Correct defining of terms. Errors in definitions. Errors in arguing.
