Knowledge:

1. Knows and distinguishes communication styles.
2. Knows communication barriers.
3. Knows four levels of communication - F. von Thun.
4. Knows own strategy for functioning in the conflict situation.
Skills:

1. Can communicate with other people assertively (using appropriate procedures and techniques).
2. Has the ability to conduct discussions in an assertive manner.
3. Can paraphrase and clarify the statements of participants in the training situation.

1 . Appreciates the need to continually develop own communication skills.
2. Cooperates with others and actively implements common tasks.
3. Presents an attitude of openness towards the group with which he works.
Assessment criteria
Attendance (two unexcused absences allowed), 2x knowledge tests and film analysis (essey).
