An Analysis of Experience 2300-MD/ANDR-AD-1
Courses accompanying the pedagogical practicum in the field of adult education provide a space for reflection and the exchange of experiences gained during the implementation of educational activities in institutions, organizations, and other settings that support adult development. The primary objective is to facilitate an understanding of various forms, methods, and models of adult education, as well as to conduct a critical analysis of the observed practices and undertaken actions.
During meetings, specific experiences arising from the practicum are discussed, along with strategies for responding to educational situations within diverse institutional contexts. This collective analysis supports the expansion of knowledge about adult learning environments, fosters the development of reflective competences, and contributes to a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by adult education in practice.
In cases where the practicum is completed during the summer break, outside the regular academic schedule, the completion of at least one online training course is required. The course must be taken via a selected educational platform (e.g., PARP, Coursera, FutureLearn, etc.) and thematically aligned with the field of study or specialization. As part of the coursework, a critical analysis of the selected training must be presented, including its relevance, limitations, and potential applicability in professional educational practice
