Elements of law for educators 2300-FEP
The course consists of two parts. The first one covers the general overview of law and its creation, relationship between law and other normative systems, the idea of rule of law. Same institutions of legal protection are presented.
The second part covers the main legal problems connected with situation of children in family, educational institutions and chosen aspects of social life. The legal statutes, the rights and duties and rule of liability of teachers and educators are also analyzed.
