Adults and Work Related Issues 2300-CZP/EUA
1. Analysis of elements and compounds that create the situation of human labor. Classification of relatively fixed characteristics that determine the different types of work situations.
2. The specificity of technical and organizational conditions that occur in particular types of work situations. Determining the possibility of optimizing the individual elements.
3. Classification of types of professional tasks. Characteristics of human functioning in terms of model and real.
4. Man as a subject of work. Analysis of human functional adequacy in relation to particular types of work situations and types of professional tasks.
5. Human preferences in the structure of the work situation. System forming the work situation and determining the status of the various types of work.
6. Diagnosis of human learning needs in the process of professional development.

9. Knowing the properties of selected techniques for diagnosis of human and labor situation. Analysis of the adequacy of known solutions in terms of full adaptation training.

Learning outcomes
The student knows and understands the importance of individual elements that determine the efficiency of the work situation of human tasks performed by the professional roles undertaken, to pay their obligations.
Student can indicate an adequate model for the assessment of suitability for employment.
The student knows the pros and cons of various diagnostic techniques used in the professional suitability assessment procedure.
The student is able to critically assess the importance of education inside the organization.
Assessment criteria
Final written assessment.
Paper test, multiple choice. When filling out the test, each student may use their own notes, and their own sources of knowledge. Source of knowledge can not be prints, scans literature.
