Prerequisites (description)

A student taking this course should posses the basic knowledge about the sources of international law. These topics are presented during the regular course of Public International Law in the winter semester.

Learning outcomes

Having completed the seminar the student:

- gets to know the main legal notions considering European law,
- is aware of basic rules considering Institutional Structure of the European Union,
- is aware of EU legal sources system.

Assessment criteria

Final exam is held In written form. It’s a test examination. In a 2’nd attempt oral form of exam is also allowed.
