The goal of the lecture is to introduce the rules of the organization as well as the ways to manage the organizations.
Topics are grouped within following points:
1. Organization - the objectives and performance measures, models of organization
2. Structures and organizational procedures
3. Strategies for organizational management
4. Planning and control in organizations
5. corporate culture
The task of the seminary part is to prepare students to analyze the present situation, organizational design, evaluation, occurred through the prism of state efficiency.

2. Smart organizations and organizations based on knowledge
3. Styles of organization management
4. The conflict in the organization and how to solve it
5. Changes in the organization

Learning outcomes
After the course, the student:
1. Gains general knowledge about the functioning of the organizations and how to manage them.
2. Knows the processes occurring in the organization and its dynamics.
3. Has the ability to identify the models, objectives and organizational structures, and is also able (on basic level) to program, plan and control organizations
4. Perceives the surrounding socio-economic reality as a set of mutually dependent systems of purposeful activity.
Assessment criteria
Part of the lecture course will be assessed on the basis of accumulated knowledge of the written test.
Seminary part will be assessed on the basis of activity in the classroom and to stimulate and moderate discussion in the topic specified by the teacher
