Business and diplomacy in international practice 2100-MON-BDPM-OG
The processes taking place in the modern economy on a global scale, such as the deepening mutual dependence of the markets of all countries and the creation of giant free trade zones, create the impression of a progressive unification of regulations and business culture in the world. However, practice shows that due to the diversity of histories, cultural and behavioral codes, these countries retain their individuality and conducting business in their markets is a big challenge. In both business and diplomatic practice, knowledge about communication challenges and barriers is essential. Getting to know the conditions resulting from both the tradition and experience of recent decades in the conditions of globalization is an important element of practical knowledge. Experience in business and diplomacy of the 21st century is the growing role of digital competences and the ability to intentionally use devices and programs in which artificial intelligence is of increasing importance. However, the classic skills of career and human resources management, including the ability to work in a team, have not lost their importance in business and international practice. Representatives of the management level from three sectors - aviation, banking and diplomacy, will present their experience in operating in an international environment in key areas for the beginning of their careers.
