Laboratory of semiconductor devices A 1101-4FS26
Students, within the laboratory:
- take pat in preparation and carrying out of an epitaxial growth by the MBE or MOCVD technique;
- carry out transport and optical characterization off grown structures;
- fabricate simple semiconductor devices with the photolithography method.
Prerequisites (description)
The aim of the laboratory is:
- to get the students acquainted with advanced techniques of material and semiconductor devices characterization
- to get the students acquainted with technics of epitaxial growth and lithography
Learning outcomes
A student:
- can plan and carry out a research work
- can treat and interpret the data
- can write a report on the work carried out
Assessment criteria
Evaluation is done on the basis of written reports.
