A student:
- knows the basic research techniques used in semiconductor physics;
- knows how to carry out research measurements;
- knows how to treat the data and interpret it;
- knows how to write a report on the investigation carried out
Assessment criteria
A written report evaluated according the the standard evaluation scale, one per each experiment.
