B. Sc. degree student seminar 1100-3Ind08
The goal of the student seminar is to give students opportunity to prepare themselves and give seminars on various topics In theoretical physics. Students will learn new tools and techniques how to prepare computer presentations.
In the second part, each student will prepare and give a talk on the subject of his/her licentiate thesis chosen by the supervisor. Before the "official" presentation, each student will have a rehearsal in front of instructors and supervisor, and thus have a chance to improve his/her talk.
Program:
1. Basic principles for a "good" presentation
2. Learning new multimedia techniques
3. Preparation of the presentations
4. Rehearsal and official presentations
5. Writing down the text of the seminar in the form of the licentiate (B. Sc. degree) thesis.
