B.Sc. degree laboratory and diploma thesis, Neuroinformatics 1100-3BN24
As part of the Laboratory the student performs research, with purpose and methodology defined by the supervisor. Students plan their own experiments and consult them with the supervisor. The research is performed uner the supervision. The student prepares a thesis based on the results and their analysis under the care of a supervisor.

Knowledge:
1 knowledge of major special issues related to the topic of the thesis

1 ability to independently plan and execute research in the field of neuroinformatics and related fields
2 ability to describe the methodology used
3 ability to use the selected measuring devices and / or numerical methods used in scientific research within the specialty
4 ability to develop, analyze, and present the research results

1 understand the role of a thorough analysis of the problem in proposing and verification of scientific hypotheses
2 understanding the ethics of research
3 sense of responsibility for the work, obeying the safety regulations
4 good co-operation with other members of the research team
Assessment criteria
The work done at the bachelor laboratory is evaluated based on the of research collected and elaborated material that allows writing the thesis in accordance with the rules laid down by the Faculty Council. Score for the laboratory is issued on the basis of the student's involvement in the solution of the problem posed and the scientific quality of the of research material and other elements affecting the quality of the thesis.
Supervisor of the student passes the information about the completion of the laboratory to the coordinator with the proposed mark.
