Eanglish teaching practice: developing teacher competences for secondary schools 4100-IMPKKDANG
The main objectives of the teaching practice at the 3rd educational stage:
1. Getting to know the specifics of work and the scope of didactic duties,
educational and organizational duties of an English language teacher;
2. Acquiring the ability to observe and document a lesson; also, to
conduct an English lesson independently;
3. Acquiring the ability to analyze the work of an English language teacher and their students when discussing the teaching practice with the mentor at school and during didactic classes at the university.
4. Acquiring the ability to analyze own didactic and educational work and its
effects and students' own work;
5. Getting acquainted with emotional and intellectual behavior as well as social and intelectual functioning of children and youth;
6. Acquiring pedagogical diagnosis skills, planning didactic and educational work taking into account individual differences of students;
7. Making students - future English teachers - aware of problems
appearing in the education and upbringing of children and adolescents (biopsychic, social, economic).

The teaching practice is organized in those types of schools and institutions for which a graduate of studies obtains qualifications, i.e. "in
kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, psychological and pedagogical clinics and other institutions of the education system providing
support to students, parents, guardians or teachers, in which the qualifications specified in the regulations issued on the basis of Article. 9 sec. 2 of the Act of January 26, 1982 - The Teacher's Charter - are required to occupy a teaching position" (& 3, section 4 of Resolution No. 22 RD for the faculty of teaching foreign languages , December 16, 2021).
