After completion of the course the student will know:
- the basic elements of international legal concept of sustainable development including international actors and stake holders;
- legal principles of sustainable development law;
- recent development in sustainable development law;
- definition of sustainable development and sustainable investment;
- the basis for decision-making;
- what are the legal requirements and implementing measures of sustainable development;
- how to implement the international legal concept of sustainable development into national legal systems.
