Japanese grammar - selected issues part II, seminar 3600-JA-GJJ-C.II-OW
The classes are devoted to the discussion and revision of the most important grammatical categories of the Japanese language related to division into parts of speech.
The following topics will be discussed during the course:
1. Polite expressions; flu yōgen (verbs and adjectives),
transitive and intransitive verbs
2. Constructions with compound verbs: te iru, te aru, te oku, te iku, te kuru,
3. Naide and nailed constructions; passivum, causativum
4. Optical form, structures with te particle, this form, nai, will, intention
5. Wild verbs and adjectives
6. Adverbs and onomatopoeic expressions
7. Words of foreign origin gairaigo
8. Selected grammatical structures
9 idiomatic expressions (with body parts)
10. Suffixes and prefixes
11. Keigo honorific language

Knowledge:
- has in-depth knowledge of the Japanese language (its structure, grammar, history, writing) P6S_WG
- is aware of the complex nature of the Japanese language, its place, and importance in the context of the culture and history of Japan
-has basic knowledge of the rules of translating from Japanese into Polish P6S_WG
Skills:
- has a good command of Japanese at the B2 P6S_UK level
-can analyze and interpret Japanese source texts

- can use the Japanese writing system fluently and learn and analyze it (traditional and electronic dictionaries, lexicons, language corpora, databases, etc.) P6S_UW
- can use electronic and internet tools in Polish and Japanese P6S_UK
Social competence:
-understands the need for lifelong learning P6S_KK
- can establish contacts and interact with representatives of different cultures P6S_KO
Assessment criteria
-The student is allowed to pass a written test on the basis of the required attendance at classes (2 unexcused absences are allowed)

-student must correctly use the grammatical structures discussed in class.
