Practical Korean Grammar 3600-7-KO1-GJK(Z)
The class of Practical Korean Grammar aims to help the students with practical use of Korean gram mar. At the beginning the emphasis is put on basic sentence structure; some basic structures and classes are dealt with, then more complex grammatical structures are practiced.

Learning outcomes
The student should know, understand and be able to use properly the basic grammatical structures of modern Korean language.
KNOWLEDGE:
- has basic knowledge of Korean language (its structure, history, script) [K_W12];
- is aware of the complex nature of Korean language, its place and significance in the cultural and historical context of Korean Peninsula and Asia [K_W13];
- is aware of the linguistic variety and its influence on the cultural and political situation of the world [K_W14];
- has rudimentary knowledge of translation rules from Korean into Polish [K_W15];
SKILLS:
- can read, analyze and interpret literary texts and other works of culture (film, press, social writing) of Korea and appropriately place them in their cultural context [K_U06];
- has a good command of Korean at the level A1+ [K_U12];
- can analyze and interpret source texts in Korean language of a chosen specialty [K_U13];
- can translate literary texts and writings from Korean language into Polish [K_U14];
- can properly function in the linguistic and cultural environment of Korea [K_U17];
- can use electronic and internet tools both in Polish and in Korean language [K_U24];
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
- understands the need to learn all one’s life [K_K01];
- can establish relations and cooperate with representatives of other cultures [K_K03];
- can cooperate and work in a group as well as forge relationships and build social relations [K_K02];
Assessment criteria
The routine work, attendance, written tests, final written test.
