The class programme: Representative research, research process structure, conceptualization, operationalization, measurement, research issues and hypotheses. Indexes; collecting, processing and analyzing data. The poll questionnaire and its structure. Pilot testing and its functions. Sociometry. The field work. Specific of qualitative research. Formulating of research issues. Biographic method and its types. Grounded theory method. Techniques of qualitative research- types of interview: open-ended, deep, focused, narrative, group interview. Techniques of analyzing qualitative data. Analyze of semantic fields. Analyze of official documents.
