(in Polish) obligatory workshop I: Bioarchaeology 2800-AOWBIO-1
The main goal of the workshops to gain practical abilities in conducting laboratory analysis of human remains, focusing on methods of sex and age assessment (these methods are described during the course of Advance Human Osteology). Students will gain basic skills in filling up the protocol for skeletal inventory, sex and age estimation, bone measurements, non-metric traits and epidemiology.
The course prepares students for conducting osteological analysis of human remains from archaeological excavations.
