Work organization of manager 2700-M-LM-D1OPME
The classes are designed to present current knowledge about the role and function of a manager in modern organizations, to familiarize students with management methods, as well as to gain knowledge about the work and responsibilities of the managerial staff. It will be important during the course to analyze managerial management styles, identify determinants of being a good manager, learn techniques of time organization.
The practical element of the course will be to learn about the group process and apply it when designing training, taking into account the principles of project management.
