Film as an instrument of social communication is a monographic lecture combined with screenings of selected films. The goal of the class is to expand the knowledge of film as an art form and to show the social and cultural environment and times in which films were made. Film in the modern world occupies a unique position as the X muse, but is also the most popular program on television and VOD. Going to the cinema remains a cultural fact and the subject of interesting research on viewers' psychosocial behavior.
