Learning outcomes
After completing the course, student:
KNOWLEDGE
- gains the understanding of rights and responsibilities of a creator
- knows the rules governing fair use, private and public, the regime protection of copyrights and personal, as well as issues of protection of the image, the recipient of correspondence and secrecy of sources of information problem,
- understands the principles governing the protection of moral rights and property,
- knows what are the consequences of violations of these rights
SKILLS
- can read and understand the copyright agreement and to knows the extent of their obligations,
- knows how to use the copyrighted material
- is able to distinguish between protected and unprotected layers of the song
