The course is aimed at discussing the basic concepts related to building public information systems. As part of the course, problems related to:
1) terminology and basic concepts related to e-government
2) user authorization and identification (trusted profile, mObywat)
3) interoperability of systems (semantic, technical, and organizational)
4) organization of content in the presentation layer (in particular - the central portal)
5) organization of the implementation of selected electronic services
These issues will be discussed in national and European contexts.

The final grade consists of two elements:
