Learning outcomes
After completing the course with a positive grade student:
He is familiar at a basic level with the crisis management phases and communication rules in crisis situation. He can identify the symptoms of the crisis, as well as factors that may initiate it and / or foster its emergence and expansion. He knows the typical crisis management actions which are usually undertaken by way of traditional and new media.
He can apply his knowledge to analyze and formulate opinions about the crisis situation symptoms. Recurring to the acquired skills, he is able to set priorities in a crisis situation. When confronted with a crisis. he is able to use the learned methods and tools. The knowledge he acquired permits him to plan anti-crisis measures.
He works in a team in which the responsibilities (tasks and roles) are individually allocated, he has a good understanding of the team work management procedures, especially in the area of communication. He is able to convey his knowledge to various fora in an individually adjusted manner.
