The basics of law 2700-L-LM-Z1POPR
The aim of the lecture is to present basic concepts of law both in theoretical and practical. Students will receive knowledge to be invoked in specific life and professional situations. He should also understand the context of existing regulations and the reason for their implementation. These skills are perfected in the exercises, which selectively based on chosen topics, when student works individually or in group and solves a variety of task training logical thinking and use of acquired knowledge.

After completing the course, the student:
KNOWLEDGE
• operates a grid of basic legal concepts especially in the field of civil and commercial law,
• know what the contract is and knows the rules for its conclusion,
• has knowledge of such agreements in legal transactions,
• knows the conditions of validity of the legal agreement,
• knows the rules of contract by proxy,
• has knowledge of the types of commercial companies.
