The goal of the lecture is to introduce the rules of the organization as well as the ways to manage the organizations.

5. corporate culture
The task of the seminary part is to prepare students to analyze the present situation, organizational design, evaluation, occurred through the prism of state efficiency.

After completing the course, students:
KNOWLEDGE:
Possess general knowledge how organization acts and is managed. Recognise organizational processes and its dynamics.
SKILLS:
Possess ability to recognize models, goals, organizational structures and is able to programe planning and controlling process in organization.
OTHER COMPETENCES:
Perceives organizational socio-economical environment as the assemblage of interrelated, purposeful systems
Assessment criteria
Part of the lecture course will be assessed on the basis of accumulated knowledge of the written test.
Seminary part will be assessed on the basis of activity in the classroom and to stimulate and moderate discussion in the topic specified by the teacher.
