Leading people in each organization involves a range of ethical dilemmas. Ethical corporate culture is an ongoing development of the company’s values and compliance. During this course, ethical frameworks will be introduced and emphasis will be placed on the importance of ethics in business decisions. Students will have opportunities to discuss, exchange experience, share best practices on dealing with ethical aspects in work environment.
The main goals of the course are:
a) to meet participants’ experiences and practices with relatively new framework of strategic leadership in turbulent times,
b) to inspire participants to develop personal patterns of strategic leadership,
c) to create a learning environment which helps students to improve their potentials in strategic leadership.

Assessment criteria
Individual preparation of letters to the authors of readings. The letters should involve:
- Personal and professional experiences of the author,
- References to other books or articles.
The letters will be play role of “starters” of contact meetings, and will be presented by authors at the beginning of every class. The final grade with be discussed personally with every participant during the last meeting.
