Multi-coloured yesterday - multi-coloured today. What can we learn from the multicultural traditions of Polish lands? 2600-WWWD-OG
The course is the result of cooperation between the Center for Organizational History and various people and organizations involved in cultivating the intercultural traditions of Polish lands (such as the Polish History Museum, the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the Veda Publishing House). The course will be a forum for exchanging experiences regarding cultivating these traditions in the university form, so that students can experience the multiple meanings of the multicultural heritage and can discuss the usefulness of this heritage in managing their own (and not only their own) personal and professional development. The subject combines historical perspective (in the sense of organizational history), sociological perspective (organization's activities for their social environment), psychological, managerial and ethical perspective.
