MS1-Managing the process of education in the organization 2300-NZ2-MS1-AND-Z
The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge about how to recognize the educational needs of a company in the context of adult learning. There will be educational needs from three levels: organization, job groups and individual employees.
The stages of the educational needs analysis process and the techniques used in each will be discussed.
Students also learn the procedural approach to managing employees' intellectual capital and the role of system solutions in organizations based on the use of employee knowledge.
Students will analyze individual organizational solutions based on employee learning and identify their profitability.

After completing the course student:
He knows the different approaches to managing employee learning in a company
He knows the different ways of learning that depend on the level of effectiveness
He / she can apply / use techniques and tools to analyze educational needs
He can develop a tool to diagnose educational needs
He can adapt the ways of learning and training employees according to the level of efficiency - adherence to rules, adaptation, discovery, experience, experimentation, joining, engagement
Understands the relationship between the effectiveness of a company's operations and the education-the continuous learning of its employees
Presents a positive attitude towards the idea of continuous learning of employees, understands its necessity
Assessment criteria
Written test.
Passing the subject to the assessment on the basis of the lecture content (test) and the project to analyze the educational needs of the students
