MS1 - Development of training competencies 2300-NZ2-MS1-AND-RK
The aim of the course is to enable students to develop abilities allowing them to work with training groups with the view to develop the participants’ competencies, using the process of group dynamics, working with participants in various situations, with particular focus on resistance, and the methods of coping with group resistance, as well as influencing interpersonal relations.

2. Knows and understands the principles determining the dynamics of a group process
3. Knows and understands the dimensions of the role of the trainer
within an organization
Abilities: student
1. Is able to independently acquire knowledge needed for the understanding of how adults function in training situations
2. Is able to independently conduct a training process, combining
knowledge from different domains
3. Is able to assess the level of training competencies in other people
4. Is able to utilize the acquired training competencies during training
Social competencies: student
1. Has a sense of responsibility for the executed organizational and diagnostic processes linked to the training activities
2. Is able to identify and analyze unusual situations arising during training, and suggest optimal solutions
Assessment criteria
Requirements for passing the course are meeting the attendance criteria, as well as successful preparation of a thematic assignment.
