KS-Managing the process of education in the organization 2300-MS1-KS-ZPEO
The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge about how to recognize the educational needs of a company in the context of adult learning. There will be educational needs from three levels: organization, job groups and individual employees.
The stages of the educational needs analysis process and the techniques used in each will be discussed.
Students also learn the procedural approach to managing employees' intellectual capital and the role of system solutions in organizations based on the use of employee knowledge.
Students will analyze individual organizational solutions based on employee learning and identify their profitability

After completing the course, the student:
knows different approaches to managing employee learning in the company
knows different ways of learning depending on the level of efficiency
can apply / use techniques and tools to analyze educational needs
knows how to develop a tool that diagnoses educational needs
knows how to adapt ways of learning and training employees depending on the level of efficiency - adherence to rules, adaptation, discovery of connections, gaining experience, experimenting, combining, engagement
understands the relationship between the company's effectiveness and education - continuous learning of its employees
presents a positive attitude towards the idea of continuous learning of employees, understands its necessity
Assessment criteria
Written test.
Completing the subject for the grade based on a colloquium covering the content of the lecture (test) and the project of the tool for analysis of educational needs prepared by the students.
The test consists of one-choice questions. For each correct answer you can get 1 point. The test counts 60 percent of correct answers. The test grade is 1/3 of the pass mark.
The design of the tool is evaluated for the completeness and accuracy of the adopted solutions. The project evaluation is 2/3 of the grade for the subject
